Carrot Puff

1# - Carrots, peeled & cut into 1" peices1/2 Cup - melted butter3 -Eggs1 Cup - Sugar1 Tbsp - Flour1 tsp - vanilla extract1 tsp - baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 8" baking dish.
Cook carrots until tender and drain.
Place the rest of the ingrediets into a blender.
Add the carrots a half cup or less at a time.
Puree the mixture
Pour it into the baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until firm.
Let stand for five minutes before serving.
