Weight Watchers cream cheesenonfat Greek yogurtSmart Balance peanut butterhoney
Directions
makes 3 3 Tablespoon servings

Mix
1 TBSP of Weight Watchers cream cheese
1 TBSP of non fat Greek yogurt
1 TBSP of Smart Balance peanut butter
1 tsp of honey

Mix together and serve one Tablespoon on a toasted bagel or a piece of toast or a slice of apple or banana! Enjoy!
