Caramel roll bake

Ingredients
1/3 c smuckers sugar free caramel topping1/2 cup chop pecan6 slices whole wheat bread1 cup skim milk1/3 c sugar1 egg3 egg whites2 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
spray 8x8 pan with butter flavor cooking spray. Drizzle carmel topping into pan, sprinkle chppoed pecans over topping. Cube bread and spread over nuts. Bread is best if it is a little dry. combine all other ingredients, pour over bread, let stand 5 min to absorb. Bake at 350 for 20min or until middle is set. Cool 3 min, cut into 9 squares, flip each serving over onto plate. serve warm.
