Broccoli beef

Ingredients
beef, broccoli, garlic, ginger, sugar, salt, soy sauce, sherry, chicken broth, cornstarch, oil
Directions
Cut beef into small pieces across the grain, marinate in .25 tsp each sugar & salt plus 2 tsp soy sauce.
Prepare sauce ingredients.
Stir-fry beef, then remove.
Stir-fry garlic & ginger, add broccoli, steam in water until tender. Add sauce & beef, heat until thickened.
