Thai Steak Salad

Ingredients
3 oz sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch strips1 tsp olive oil2 Tbsp lime juice1 Tbsp light soy sauce1 oz nonfat plain yogurt3 cups romaine lettuce1 cup sliced red bell pepper1 Tbsp chopped peanuts2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro1/2 cup onion
Directions
Cook steak and onion in a wok or skillet on low to medium heat until steak is done. Whisk oil, lime juice, yogurt and soy sauce then toss with remaining ingredients except peanuts. Place salad on plate then add steak and onion mixture and top with peanuts.
