Roasted Root Vegetables

Ingredients
1 pound red potatoes1 pound celery root1 pound rutabagas1 pound carrots1 pound parsnips2 onions2 leeks2 tblsp rosemary1/2 cup olive oil10 garlic cloves
Directions
combine all ingredients, cut in 1 inch pieces, with the olive oil. Spread on two cookie sheets. Roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Adjust sheets. Roast 45 minutes longer.
