1.3 cup whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons baking powder1 tablespoon splenda0.3 cup wheat germ0.5 teaspoon salt0.5 teaspoon cinnamon3 tablespoon dry buttermilk mix0.3 cup prepared mix1 tablespoon olive oil1 egg white0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract0.25 cup water
Prepare basic pancake mix ( top 7 ingredients) and store in airtight container. To make 1 serving-low-cholesterol pancake place 0.3 cup of mix in a bowl and add olive oil,
egg white, vanilla and water. Mix well. Pour on heated griddle. Cook 2-3 minutes and turn and cook 2-3 minutes more.
