Mini-Quiches

Ingredients
6 oz cream cheese1 c. butter2 c. flour4 eggs, slightly beaten1 c sour cream1 tsp salt1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 1/3 c Swiss cheese, coarsely grated1/3 c green onion, finely sliced2/3 c bacon bits
Directions
Blend cheese and butter, then add flour. Form into a ball, then divide into 4 parts. Make 12 balls from each section and press firmly into tart pans (mini-muffin pans). Put equal amounts of cheese, bacon and onions into each tart. Combine eggs, cream and seasonings in a bowl; spoon mixture into tarts. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Freeze on cookie sheets and then place into plastic bags. Reheat frozen tarts at 375 for 10-15 minutes. (works in a toaster oven).
