5 cups of cubed peeled potatoes5 cups of water2 cups of chopped onions1 cup of chopped celery1 cup of sliced carrts1/4 cup butter1 tsp chicken bouillion granules2 tsps salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk3 tbps fresh parsely3 tbps chives
Directions
Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on HIGH for 7 hours.
