Greek Couscous Salad

Ingredients
5 cups cooked couscous3 tbs extra virgin olive oil2 tbs lemon juice1 cup chopped basilblack pepper to taste3 stalks green onions/scallions chopped1 med zucchini thinly sliced and chopped1 cup halved cherry/grape/diced tomatoes1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Prepare couscous according to directions minus lemon juice and olive oil.

After couscous is prepared, add other ingredients and mix.

Refridgerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Makes 8-1 cup servings.
