Amy's Bread Bowl Dip

Ingredients
1 packet vegetable soup mix, dry16 oz of Reduced Fat Sour Cream (use Fat Free to save on calories)1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice10 oz frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and drained1/4 cup of grated carrot8oz can of water chestnuts, drained and chopped1 round loaf of pumpernickel bread
Directions
In a medium bowl combine soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemom juice. Stir in Spinach and water chestnuts and chill.

To serve, hallow out the loaf of bread by cutting a circle in the center of it. Cut up remaining bread into 1 inch cubes. Fill with the dip. Put bowl on plate and circle around the bowl with bread cubes (for dipping)
