Easy Pasta Noodles

Ingredients
Flour 250g (reserve a bit for dusting, about 20 g)Semolina 250g5 whole eggs1 Tbsp olive oil**this is my variation on the recipe that came with my machine, in general egg noodles have a 1 egg to 1 c. flour ratio***
Directions
makes 12 servings (aprox. 59-60g each)

mix flour and semolina, add eggs and oil, mix together

put through pasta roller or roll by hand

cut/shape into desired pasta

let dry a bit while water boils

cook 1-5 minutes depending on thickness.

Use as as per normal pasta noodles
