Bulgur, dry, 1.5 cup Green onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced Cucumber (diced small), 1 large Dill weed, fresh, 1 sprigs Parsley, .5 cup chopped file*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large dicedTomato Paste, 0.5 cup *Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper (to taste)Salt, 1 tsp (to taste)
Prepare the bulgur according to package directions in advance. Let it cool to room temperature (Save your fingers!) It come out better if you seed the tomato and cuke, Work the seeds through a strainer and thow them away. (but you don't have to). combine the chopped vegetables (Parsley, dill, cucumber, seeded tomatos, green onions (they should be chopped pretty fine) with the bugar. Add the tomato paste and as much hot pepper sauce as you think wize. use the lemon juice to melt the tomato in and mix.
