Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
4 oz low sodium chicken broth2 larg eggs2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp sesame oil1/2 block of Firm Tofu cubed5 raw scallion onions chopped2 large cloves of raw garlic finely chopped1 tbsp white pepper1 tbsp cayenne pepper
Directions
in a sauce pan add 4 oz of chicken broth with chopped garlic, scallions, soy sauce sesame oil, white pepper and cayenne pepper, bring to boil turn on low heat, then slightly beat eggs before adding to pot. after beating eggs slowly add a little at a time stirring with a fork as you see the eggs cook and float continue to slowly add the eggs until all eggs have been added. let boil for 2 mins then enjoy.
