4 Cups chopped Napa Cabbage (can use regular cabbage)2-3 green onions shredded2 Pkgs. Ramen noodles crushed (discard sauce packet)1/3 C Sliced Almonds2 T Sesame Seeds2 T Olive Oil3/4 C Canola Oil1/2 Cup Sugar1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar2 T Lite Soy Sauce
Combine Canola Oil, Sugar, Vinegar, and Lite Soy Sauce in small sauce pan and cook over medium heat. Boil 1 minute and cool.
Combine cabbage and onion.
Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Add Almonds, Sesame Seeds and Ramen Noodles and stir until lightly toasted.
Combine all ingredients and mix well just before serving.
