Ingredients
1 egg, fried 1 corn tortilla1 slice of cheese1 salsacilantro to taste
Directions
On a skillet sprayed with olive oil, heat one side of the tortilla while you are cooking your egg. Turn tortilla over and place a small slice of cheese in the center of the tortilla. Cook egg to hard stage (so it isn't runny and messy). Place cooked egg on top of the tortilla and cheese. Remove from pan and add salsa and cilantro to taste. Fold tortilla and enjoy like a taco.
