Spinach Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients
2 Egg Whites 3/4 c frozen spinach1/4 c Fresh mushrooms1 tb onion1tsp garlic1tb parmesean cheese1 Whole wheat tortilla
Directions
Makes 1 breakfast wrap

Spray skillet with cooking spray and sautee onion and garlic for aprox. 3 min
add spinach and mushrooms. Continue cooking until spinach is done. aprox 4 min.
add egg whites and parmesan cheese. Cook until egg whites are done. Aprox 2 minutes.
Add red pepper flakes if desired.
Warm tortilla according to package directions
Place spinach and egg mixture in tortilla shell and wrap.

****Try fat free feta in place of the parmesean cheese
