Eggs Relief

Ingredients
1 Large Egg3 Egg Whites1 tbsp of Olive Oil1 cup of Mushrooms from a jar-sliced1 oz of Jeanie-O's lean Ham3 oz of grape tomatoes chopped1 Mama Lupe's 7 inch low carb totrilla3 tbsp of Pace's Chunky Salsa2 tbsp of onions red or yellow
Directions
Makes 1 Eggs Relief Tortilla

*warm pan - add 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
*add onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, - saute until onions are softened but not soagy.
*add 1 oz of Ham
*add 1 egg and then 3 egg whites - break yoke.
let them cook on med until omelet like consistancy
*fold egg - move over or take out
*throw the tortilla into the warm pan and heat until warm
*place egg omelet into tortilla
*Fold tortilla, take out and place onto plate
*pour over the Salsa
Enjoy with a nice kiwi on the side.
