Ingredients

4 slices rye bread
4 tsp prepared mustard
4 tbsp fat free thousand island dressing
6 tbsp sauerkraut, well drained
6 ounces deli sliced turkey breast
2 (1 oz) slices reduced fat swiss cheese
Directions
1. Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with 1 tsp of the mustard, 1tbsp of the Thousand Island dressing. Divide the sauerkraut and turkey between 2 of the slices. Top each with 1 slice of the Swiss cheese and 1 of the remaining slices of bread.
3. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet or toaster oven tray and bake until cheese melts and sandwiches are hot, about 6 minutes.
