Ingredients

Baked Potato, with skin, 8 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
hillshire farms turkey smoked sausage, 16 oz
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can
Beans, red kidney, 1 can
southern home great northern beans, 1 can
Chili powder, .5 tbsp
Garlic powder, .5 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
*prick potatoes with fork and nuke for 10 minutes, (all at same time)
*get skillet screamin hot, spray generously with pam- if you dont have time to atch the skillet then you can roast them in the oven,
*cut potatoes, skin on, into half to one inch chunks, add to skillet, try not to move them around too much to avoid mashing them, wait to get a good golden color before trying to flip them.
*skillet number 2, heat to medium high heat
* cut sausage in half lengthwise so you have 2 "rings" of sausage
* cut each half into 16 equal pieces.
*add sausage to skillet #2
* open, rinse and drain beans and corn
*keep eye on potatoes
* add beans, corn and seasonings to skillet #2
* when potatoes are golden brown and cooked through add to skillet #2
* toss everything together
serves 8 equally... 4 chunks of sausage per person.
