easy, cheep and kid friendly!
normally with french dressing and onion soup mix as an ingredient but this is lighter and still pretty easy.

Ingredients

    5 chicken thighs
    1 Can cranberry sauce, with berries (approx 1.5 Cups)
    2 Tbs ketchup (optional)
    1/2 C tomato sauce
    2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
    3 Tbs dried onion flakes
    2 tsp onion powder
    1tsp garlic powder
    1tsp salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients. bake covered 45-60 min at 400F. (until chicken is cooked) Serve with rice.

Serving Size: divide into 5 portions
