    Specially selected Sourdough 1 slice well toasted cut in half
    cranberry almond chicken salad 1 TBSP per piece
    White peeled Asparagus, 4 stalks cut up
    Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese - 1 Tbsp per piece
    Baby Bell Peppers 1 Pepper cut up

Tips

I kept everything cold and you don't need mayo as the goat cheese takes it place.

No cooking just toast the bread well and crispy
