From the kitchen of a golden arch fan. My healthy version of their breakfast sandwich.
Submitted by 2BFREE2LIVEGood for either breakfast, brunch, or dinner. We serve it with a (lightly) fried egg on top, but you can omit it if you choose.
Submitted by LCOSBYJONESI just whipped this recipe up to use a little leftover chicken I had and to feed my "hungry as a bear" husband some lunch and it was a hit. You may wish to season a little different according to taste.

I added a tablespoon of butter and served with spaghetti squash for a low-carb treat!
Make your own sausage for a healthier alternative to prepared, store bought sausage! I cut out most of the salt called for in this recipe for a low-sodium alternative. If you don't have an hour to let the spices meld, that's ok. Let them meld for as long as possible before cooking. They're tasty either way. Enjoy!

Quick and easy lunch or snack that you and your kids will love.
Submitted by SCORPIBELLThis is a great grab and go breakfast treat. Perfect for brunch. Kids just love them. I submitted just the most basic concept. You get the idea. Have fun with this. Make it your own!
Submitted by CONLODOWQuick and easy breakfast that is tasty, filling, and low carb. It's great for a crowd, too, as it's just as easy to make a dozen as it is to make one. If making more than one, placing ramekins on a sheet pan is helpful.
