Ingredients

    6 choppedJennie-O Turkey sausage
    1/4 cup Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned,
    2 cup Egg Beaters
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Pepper
    Salt

Directions

Use Pam cooking spray on a 12 muffin pan.
In a bowl mix egg beaters and seasonings to taste. Pour equal portions of egg beaters until the cups are 3/4 full.

Chop turkey sausage links and cook over medium heat until heated in a sauce pan. Add green chilies to sausage and cook until heated.

Spoon teaspoons of the mixture into the egg cups until equally divided between 12 cups. Then add the 1/4 of fat free cheddar cheese also equally divided between the 12 cups.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Serve immediately
Makes 12 muffins. 2 muffins per serving

    oh my heck! SOOOO GOOD! I made 12 and my family ate it ALL! It was delish! I will definaley be making them again! oh, and I used 50% less fat sausage to bring the fat down. - 3/31/08

    This recipe is really easy and very good. We made a dozen and had plenty left over for several breakfasts during the week. Variety would be no problem as you could possibly substitute jalepeno or other ingrediants for the chiles. - 1/13/08
