    Sara Lee Mr. Pita 100% Whole Wheat Pita (33g), 1 Pita
    Mozzarella Cheese, 1 oz
    Zucchini, 1/4 cup, sliced or chopped
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, sliced or chopped
    Bull's Eye BBQ Brown Sugar & Hickory, 1 tbsp
    (You can use the original to save about 20 calories and 200 grams of sodium)

    Kirkland "Cost-co" 99% Fat Free Chicken breast, 2 oz
    Garlic powder, dash
    Cooking Spray - Canola
    Ground Pepper (optional)


Serving Size is one Pita Pizza
Preheat oven to 375

Place thawed chicken breast in Ziplock bag and pound flat about 1/2 to 1 inch thick.

Coat small skillet with cooking spray and grill chicken breast until cooked (no pink in middle)

Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil

Place one pita on baking sheet
Spread 1 Tbsp of BBQ sauce over top of Pita
Evenly sprinkle 1/2 (.5 oz) Mozzarella cheese on pita.
Next layer Onion, Zucchini, and cooked chopped chicken
Sprinkle on top the remaining cheese, garlic powder & ground pepper.

Bake for 10-12 mins until cheese has started to melt.
Broil for 2-4 mins until top starts to brown lightly
