Overnight Caramel French Toast

Ingredients
1 c packed light brown sugar1/2 c light corn syrup1/4 c butter10 slices of french bread2.5 skim milk1 tbs flour1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 tsp salt2 eggs2 tbs sugar1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Combine brown sugar, light corn syrup, and butter

Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, or until bubbly stirring constantly. Pour mixture evenly in to a 13X9 dish, sprayed with cooking spray.

Arrange bread slices over syrup in dish, single layer. Combine milk, flour, vanilla, salt and eggs in a large bowl stirring with a wisk. Poor egg mixture over bread slices. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours (overnight).

Preheat oven ot 35o degrees. Combine 2 tbs sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over bread.

Bake 50 minutes- or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
