12 hard boiled eggs2-3 medium onions(sliced)1 tbs. dry mustard1 tbs. cellery seeds1 tbs.onion powder1 tbs. garlic powder1 tbs. pickling spice6 cups vinegar

Boil 12 eggs,then pour cold water over them to cool them,then peel the shells off,then prepare your vinegar ,mustard(dry),cellery seeds,onion powder,garlic powder ,pickling spice and onions & put into a pot and heat to boiling point and then let simmer for 5 minutes.Place eggs into large jar and pour vinegar mixture over them.Let stand jn cool place for at least one week before eating.
