The perfect egg dish...

Ingredients
1 egg scrambles4 medium mushrooms1/2 tsp chives1/2 cumin1/2 salt1/2 pepper1 bagel thin.5 oz cream cheese1 strip butterball turkey bacon1-2 sprays of pam skim mozzerella cheese
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
* slice and sautee mushrooms and sweet pepper in pam
* once softened, add one egg scrambled do not touch
* Once stiff on botton, sprinkle with chives, salt, pepper, cumin, place lid on
* once top is semi-cooked sprinkle with cheese
* put your pan in the oven and let cook until egg is finished
and cheese is melted
* toast bagel, spred cream cheese on each side
* microwave or cook turkey bacon
* place omlet on bagel top with turkey bacon and chives
* ENJOY!!!!
serves 1 and is perfect on to go wrap in foil to keep warm
