Red Raspberry Beet Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 large carrot1/2 large raw beet1 pear1 large apple1 large handful spinach leaves1/4 cup shredded organic unsweetened dried coconut2 tbs ground flax seed8-14 whole almonds (if soaked almonds can use 6-10)1/3 cup frozen red raspberries8-12 oz water
Directions
Blend everything together in Blendtec and enjoy. For chilled smoothie, add 1/2 cup ice cubes.
