General Chang's Chicken: Gluten Free

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Olive oil1 lb chicken breast, cubed2 tbsp cornstarch4 cloves garlic3/4 cup orange juice3/4 cup cranberry juice1/4 cup rice vinegar3 tbsp brown sugar2 tbsp chili paste1/4 cup waterChopped scallions for garnish
Directions
Coat cubed chicken in the corn starch, then spray some olive oil on frying pain. Brown all sides. Take off and set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients to the frying pain and bring to boil. Add the chicken back into the sauce for 5 mins. Then done! YUM!
