2 Eggs 24 grape tomatoes, sliced in half Cheese, Mild Cheddar Shredded 14 gram(s) Butter 1 tbsp Lucerne 2% milk reduced fat mozzarella cheese, 1/8 cup
Heat a large skillet at a high heat..Whip eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add butter to the pan and after butter sizzles, Pour eggs into the skillet and shake the skillet to get all the eggs covering the pan-think a thin layer of egg. Shake the pan back and forth. Lift edges of egg mixture occasionally as well to get the eggs cooked. When the middle of the omelet is a little glossy, eggs are done. Add the tomatoes and cheese and fold over. Enjoy.
