Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
3 tbsp ground sesame seeds1 can chickpease (drained, with liquid reserved)3 tbsp olive oil1 bulb garlic, roasted1/2 red bell pepper, roastedDash of cuminDash of paprikaSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375. Roast 1 bulb of garlic and half of a red bell pepper in 1 tbsp olive oil each. Peel the charred skin from the pepper after roasting. This takes 45-60 minutes.

In a food processor, combine ground sesame seeds (or tahini), chickpeas, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, roasted garlic and red pepper cloves. Purée in food processor. Add liquid reserved from chickpeas until desired consistency is achieved.
