Cocunut rice

Ingredients
water, salt, coconut milk, rice, onion, chili peppers, boullion cube
Directions
wash rice, heat cooking pot and add coconut milk, bring to boil and add salt, onions, peppers and boullion cubes. Stir in rice and let it boil for 10 minutes, reduce heat and allow to simmer for another 10-20 minutes until liquid is dried up and rice is fluffy. Serve hot.
