Gingerbread pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 c whole wheat flour0.25 c ground flaxseed1 tsp baking powder0.25 tsp baking soda0.5 tsp ground ginger1 tsp cinnamon1 egg0.5 tsp vanilla0.25 cup molasses1.5 cup water
Directions
makes 12 pancakes, using 1/4 cup batter;
1 pancake= 1 serving

Mix together all dry ingredients. In separate bowl whisk egg, vanilla & molasses. Whisk in the water. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until just moistened. Use non fat cooking spray to cook and use 1/4 cup batter for 1 pancake.
