Onion - 1 largeTomato - 1 largeGreen chilli - 1 mediumGinger - 1/2 the size of thumbMint - 1 bunchCoriander - 1 bunchCurry leaves - 1 handfulTamarind - 1 small ball (size of the thumb)Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Clean and chop mint, coriander and curry leaves. Heat 2 tbsp of sunflower oil on a pan and add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds. once the mixture sizzles, add the rest of the ingredients and stir fry for 5 minutes. Once the mixture is cooled down, grind it in a food processor until smooth. Add water to make a chutney of medium consistency. Serve fresh to South Indian dishes like Idly and Dosai. Add salt to taste
