WW pancakes for 2

Ingredients
* *Whole Wheat Flour, .25 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Milk, 1%, 1.25 cup * *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp * Baking Powder, .25 tsp * *Sucralose (like Splenda), 2 tsp
Directions
Combine flour, Splenda and baking powder in bowl. Meanwhile whisk egg, milk and oil in another bowl or measuring cup. Stir wet into dry. Let stand til it thickens a bit. If desired, add either vanilla to the mix or add fruit once the pancakes have been poured into the fry pan. (Stud blueberries on top, for example.) Fry at medium heat in a non stick pan til bubbles form around edge then flip and fry just a few seconds to brown the other side.
