Garlicky Green Beans

Ingredients
4 cups Fresh Green Beans, trimmed of stems and ends5 Cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped fine2 Tbs. Olive Oil1Tbsp. Salt (or to taste)
Directions
After trimming green beans, microwave (or steam) for 5 minutes until just tender.
While green beans are cooking heat 2 tbs olive oil in large saute pan over medium heat.
When oil is hot add chopped garlic. Reduce heat to low, do not let garlic brown.
Let garlic continue to cook in oil for about 7 minutes.
Turn heat to medium high.
Drain any water from green beans and add to saute pan.
Reduce heat to medium low and allow green beans to caramelize for approximately 7 minutes, turning when color is achieved.
