Cranberry Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup of vanilla yogurt1 cup cottage cheese3 eggs1 teaspoon lemon juice1 cup flour1/2 teaspoon baking sodaPinch of salt1 cup cranberry
Directions
Blend first 4 ingredients until combined
Mix next 3 ingredients in a small bowl
Add dry mix to wet mix and blend until combined
Fold in cranberries
Using a 1/4 measuring cup, cook on a hot griddle (350*) until edged are bubbly. Flip and cook until done, about 3 minutes total
Serve hot with sugar free syrup, honey, or plain

Serves 6, 2 pancakes each.
