6 eggs1/2 C sour cream, light1/2 C 2% milk1/2 C heavy cream1/2 C shredded Swiss Cheese1/2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese7 slices bacon, chopped, cooked & drained1 onion, chopped1 bell pepper choppedgarlic, salt & pepper to taste12 slices, Texas Toast - cubed
Whip eggs, cream, sour cream. Cube bread. saute onion & pepper. Cube bacon, cook & drain. mix cheese into egg mixture, add cooled veggies & bacon. toss in cubed bread. place in 9 x 13 casserole dish. bake @ 350 for 1 hr.
