Ingredients
1 cup unbleached flour 2 TBSP baking powder1 TBSP granulated sugar1 TSP vanilla extractpinch salt2 TBSP extra-virgin olive oil1 cup water (or more)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add water, vanilla and oil.
Add more water as needed until you have a thick but pourable batter.

Makes approximately 12 pancakes.
