Carrot Juice, raw home-made - 4 carrots - 1 cup, 1 serving (remove)Celery, raw, .5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Beets, fresh, .25 beet (2" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" Spinach, fresh, .25 cup
Other vegetables may be added. Cut off bitter ends of carrots. Wash all vegetables. Discard celery leaves. Run all vegetables through juicer. Makes 1 serving.
