Spinach, Cheese, and Tofu frittata

Ingredients
4 large eggs50 grams of Stilton cheese (other cheese can be substituted)1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)250 grams extra-firm tofu or kouya dofu1 tbsp olive oilSaltPepperChili flakesChili powderGarlic
Directions
1. Saute spinach, chili, garlic, salt, and pepper together with some olive oil.

2. Add tofu and cook until slightly brown.

3. Beat eggs together with pepper

4. Add all ingredients to egg mixture.

5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes.

Serve immediately, but also tastes great cold!
