Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
6 egg whites1 cup old fashioned rolled oats1 cup 2% cottage cheese2 tsp brown sugar1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
In a blender on medium combine everything and blend until smooth. Heat griddle to med-low and cook until golden brown. Keep the ones that are done warm in a low oven and serve immediately.
