Dottie's Cheese cake

Ingredients
Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 2 cup Sour Cream, 2 cup Cream Cheese, 1 cup Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 1 cupGranulated Sugar, 1.5 cup Egg, fresh, 4 large*Flour, white, 3 tbspCornstarch, 3 tbspVanilla Extract, 4.5 tsp *Lemon Juice, 4.5 tsp
Directions
Place ingredients in order given into large electric mixing bowl. Start on low speed, increase to medium to mix well, then beat on high speed for 10 minutes - batter should be smooth and liquid. Grease and lightly flour a 10 inch springform pan, pour batter into pan and bake in 350 degree oven for one hour. Shut off oven for one hour more (do not open oven door). Remove and cool in the pan on a rack. Refrigerate to store cake until use. - Makes 25 thin slices
