Sauteed Cabbage

Ingredients
2 cups green cabbage, sliced thin1 oz Kielbasa, diced1 tbl extra Virgin Olive OilSqueeze of lemon
Directions
Add EVOO to skillet and heat.
Add Kielbasa and brown lightly
Add cabbage and stir occasionally until softened and it has picked up a little of the carmelization from the heat.
Serve with just a squeeze of lemon. No salt is needed, the kielbasa adds plenty of seasoning!
