Ingredients
flour 1 1/4 cupcorn meAL 3/4 CUPI EGG1 tsp salt 4 tsp baking powder1 cup soy milk low fat6 tsp sugarapple sauce 1/2 cuo
Directions
mix all dry ingredients, add egg & milk
mix well add apple sauce
mix
pre-heat oven to 350
place in cupcake holder lined muffin pan 2/3 full
bake for 12-15 minurtes untl toothpick comes out dry
