Ingredients
10 oz--Turkey meat6 cups--Turkey B roth1 C--Raw onions2 C--Carrots1 1/4C--Cooked Barleysalt and pepper to taste, bay leavescelery, peas, corn (optional)
Directions
Cook the Barley ahead of time.
You will have boiled down the carcass of the turkey the night before and taken all the meat off the bones.
Cut up the carrots and onion.
Add everything to the broth and turkey bits, put in a crock pot and cook for 3 hours till everything is cooked to your liking.
Add salt and pepper to taste and any other seasonings you like. You can also add any other veggies you like (celery, peas, corn), but they are not in the nutritional values.
