Ingredients
Directions
Quorn minceGarlic, 2 cloves Onions, raw, 1 small Chili powder, 1 tbsp Canned Tomatoes, 400 grams Peas, frozen, half a cup
Chop the onions and garlic into small pieces and fry them in a decent sized pan (I use one spray of fry light) let them fry for a few minutes then add the quorn mince. Fry together for at least 5 minutes to allow the quorn to seperate and soften. Then add the tin of tomatoes and stir in. Heat for a further 5 minutes then sprinkle in the chilli (i use one tbsp on hot chill powder but adjust to taste) . Cook for a further 5 minutes then add the peas (or add kidney beans earlier instead or as well as peas) leave to simmer for 10 mins or so and serve :)
Add whatever veg you like, anything thats in the fridge and needs eating should taste fine! I experiment every time! Could prob serve about 4 too but my partner is a big eater and we only cook for two! Hope you enjoy my simple and quick recipe!
