Whole Mushrooms Glazed with Garlic & Sherry Vinegar

Ingredients
200g Button Mushrooms1 clove Garlic, crushedpinch RosemaryBlack PepperSaltsplash of OilChopped Parsley for garnishsplash of Sherry Vinegar
Directions
Heat oil in a frying pan and toss in mushrooms, crushed garlic, rosemary and black pepper. Saute for approximately three minutes, until brown. Splash with sherry vinegar and season with salt to taste. Serve hot.

Makes two servings as a side dish or as part of your tapas meal.
