coconut curry chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breast ( i use boneless skinless)1 can lite coconut milk1 cup chicken broth ( I use low sodium)3 chopped carrots1 large sweet potato choppedl large onion chopped1 bottle trader Joe ' s curry sauce
Directions
chop all veggies in to bite size pieces
cook chicken in pan with a little oil
place all ingredients into crock pot for 21/2 -3hrs on high
6hrs on low
enjoy very yummy
